    You missed a good speaker and exciting topic if you couldn’t make it out the the Village Inn on Dec 1. Algenon covered some commercial deals and financial measures that I’ve tried to study but have never been able to “internalize”. I was thoroughly inspired and motivated to re-start and re-study Frank Gallinelli’s book, What Every Real Estate Investor Needs To Know about Cash Flow and 36 Other Key Financial Measures.
